During the recent refurbishment at the City of Wolverhampton Council Civic Offices we had major concerns about keeping large parts of the existing heating and chilled water systems live. Major system drain-downs were needed which would have caused an unwanted disruption to both the project and Client.
One instance involved the freezing of two 12 inch chilled water mains and holding the water back whilst our team welded in-situ flanges and installed new valves a short distance down the pipe.
Without the support and expertise of everyone at MCL, large elements of the project would have been a major problem.
The service MCL offer, in our experience, is an absolute must when it comes to major refurbishment projects.
